Planned Parenthood’s five health care centers in the North Country provide reproductive health care services for women, men and teens. Since 1967, we have been providing reality-based sexuality education, the highest standard of reproductive health care, and pro-choice advocacy to promote individual freedom of choice. We are ready to serve any North Country resident, regardless of age, gender, ability, religion, ethnicity, sexual-orientation or ability to pay.

Our mission

Planned Parenthood of Northern New York, Inc. commits itself to provide accessible and affordable reproductive health care services which ensure self-determination and privacy, informed lifestyle services which enhance understanding of human sexuality, and an active advocacy program to ensure public policies supportive of our mission for residents of Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties.
